Today im going to review my most favourite body lotion....Nivea Cell Repair body lotion...
Cost: Rs.115 for 75ml
Shelf life: 30 months from manufacture date
What the company claims: This lotion will provide noticeably whiter & smoother skin and it has 40 times higher Vitamin C concentration.
It is suitable for all skin types.
Ingredient List: Aqua, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Isopropyl Palmitate, Paraffinum Liquidum, Glycerine, Dimethicone, Glycyrrhiza Glabra Root Extract, Myrciaria Dubia Fruit Juice, Glyceryl Glucoside, Malpighia Glabra Fruit Juice, Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Myristic Acid, Arachidic Acid, Oleic Acid, Sodium Carbomer, Cetyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearate, Cetyl Palmitate, Prophlene Glycol, Polysorbate 20, Tropioca Starch, Trideceth-9, Citric Acid, Trisodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Parafum.
My Experience: I have used many body lotions in the past and this is by far the best out of them all.
I use it everyday after my bath....n after a week i started seeing the difference ..It has actually reduced the tan on my arms...
One more really great thing about it is that Nivea Does not Test on Animals.....so the product is cruelty free...
Im really happy with this product and im surely goin to keep on using this....
As you can see the body lotion is a white coloured liquid. It isnt a very thick lotion ( kind of watery) and gets easily absorbed into the skin without leaving any oily traces.I simply love the smell of this lotion..
Summing up the pros and cons:
Pros:
1. It delivers what it claims i.e., it did remove my tan to a large extent.
2. Nivea does not test on animals so it is cruelty free..... :)
3. It has a very nice fragrance.
4. It easily gets absorbed into the skin and doesn't leave any oily traces.
5. It makes the skin smoother and softer.
6. Easily available.
Cons:
1. It contains parabens.
2. It contains lots of chemical ingredients.
